Just drop one tablet into 200–500 mL of filtered or purified water. Wait 3–5 minutes until the bubbling stops, which means the hydrogen reaction is complete. Then drink immediately to absorb the maximum hydrogen content.

You may use any type of water. It's designed to deliver hydrogen-rich water, regardless of the source. However, best practice is to use filtered, spring, or purified water at room temperature.

Yes! Our tablets are primarily made up of elemental magnesium — the key ingredient to generating pure molecular hydrogen when dissolved in water. We use natural acids like malic acid (found in apples), tartaric acid (found in grapes), and adipic acid (found in sugar beets). Non-GMO dextrose is used as a binder.
