30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee. If a Biolgical product is not doing what you hoped, you have 30 days from the day it arrives to tell us, and we will refund you.

Opened products are covered. You cannot know whether a supplement works for you without taking it, so an opened or part-used pack does not void your refund. This is what risk-free means.

How to start a return. Reply to your order confirmation or email support@biolgical.com with your order number. We will send you a prepaid return label. Please wait for that label before sending anything back, so we can match your parcel to your order.

Refunds. Once your return is received we issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few days more to show it.

Damaged, wrong or missing items. Email support@biolgical.com as soon as your order arrives and we will replace it or refund it. You will not be asked to return a damaged product.

Exchanges. The fastest route is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

European Union. If your order is delivered into the EU you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel for any reason, without giving a reason, in addition to the 30-day guarantee above.
