Subscribe & Save — how it works

A Biolgical subscription delivers your product on the schedule you choose at checkout, with 20% off every delivery and free shipping on every order. Each renewal is charged to your original payment method on your delivery schedule until you cancel.

Pause, skip or cancel — anytime

You can pause, skip a delivery, change your delivery schedule, or cancel your subscription at any time. There are no minimum terms, no commitments, and no cancellation fees.

Online: open your subscription portal at biolgical.com/pages/manage-subscription — a secure login link is emailed to you.
Email: write to support@biolgical.com from the email address on your order and tell us what you'd like changed. A real person will take care of it.

To avoid being charged for an upcoming order, cancel or skip before that order's billing date. If a renewal has already been charged when you contact us, our 30-day guarantee below still applies to that order.

Refunds on subscription orders

Every subscription delivery is covered by the same 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee as a one-time purchase: if a product is not doing what you hoped, you have 30 days from the day it arrives to tell us, and we will refund you — opened products included.

Price and schedule changes

If the price of your subscription ever changes, we will notify you by email before your next renewal so you can decide whether to continue. You can change your delivery frequency at any time using the options above.
